Plastic Waste, Meet Your (Re)Maker

Brightmark is on a mission to Reimagine Waste.

Plastic pollution is a serious issue affecting communities today.

A staggering 95% of all plastic products in the U.S. do not get recycled. Instead, they wind up in landfills and waterways or are left as litter in communities. Post-use plastics restrict waterways, harm the environment, and often are ingested as microplastics.

Brightmark’s solution addresses the plastic problem today.

Plastic turning into pellets

Plastic pollution. Plastic solution.

A circular innovation approach.

Our solution meets the demands of consumer and industrial waste management partners today while reducing the demand for new plastic creation by giving waste a new life.

Through our patented Plastics Renewal® technology, we can recycle various plastic types, including difficult-to-recycle plastics, and turn them into the building blocks needed to create new, circular products.

How our technology works

We can recycle various plastics.

Traditionally, only three types of plastic are recyclable: #1, #2, and #5. However, our Plastics Renewal® technology is designed to recycle a wide range of plastics, including difficult-to-recycle plastics. We can accept plastic waste from a variety of sources, including schools, businesses, industrial sites, and more.
